Terms and conditions

The BCG Rewards Plus program is the customer loyalty program which BCG Rewards Plus operates throughout Australia.

 

By registering as a member, earning and using your BCG Rewards Plus card online after linking your BCG Rewards Plus Card to your online account, using any other Membership Facility or using or attempting to collect, access or enjoy any Member Benefits, you agree that these T&Cs will apply to you in respect of the BCG Rewards plus program.

 

These terms and conditions are important and you should read them fully. But there are some specific terms we wanted to make you aware of. These are set out below.

  • Your BCG Rewards Points will expire if you do not earn, use or redeem your points or any rewards for a period of 18 months.
  • We may update these terms and conditions at any time. However, we’ll give you notice ahead of time where relevant.
  • We may: - refuse your application to become an BCG Rewards Plus member or decline to issue you a card or provide any other membership facility; - withdraw or cancel your card, membership facilities or member benefits; - reverse any member benefits, including your BCG Rewards Points; or - terminate your membership in certain circumstances.

*Please note that only Australian residents are eligible to use reward points to claim gift cards. If you are not Australian, you can still donate your rewards points to a Australian Charities.

Definitions

 

Collect refers to the points you earn when you play at an Earn Business/partners.
 

Enjoy refers to the use/redemption of your BCG Rewards Points

 

BCG Rewards Plus means the customer loyalty program which BCG Rewards Plus operates throughout Australia.
 

BCG Rewards Plus account means your BCG Rewards Plus online account that you can access via the BCG Rewards Plus Website or through any other means we have authorised, for example by logging into an authorised android/smartphone app.

Earn Business/partners means the businesses where points may be collected by Members.
 

BCG Rewards Plus Card means the virtual card that is linked to your account and you are responsible for as a member.

 

BCG Rewards Points or Rewards Points means the credit held in your account following the exchange of BCG Rewards Points, which can be used when you redeem your Rewards Points for Rewards. Points which may be collected and enjoyed by Members in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Game Tokens means the credit in which you have to play any BCG game and earn BCG Rewards Points depending on how skilled you are at each game.

Virtual Currencies means the currency that BCG uses and offers to members within the site via purchase or other means of being acquired.

Rewards means the Rewards that you claim with the BCG Rewards Points that you have accumulated on your BCG Rewards Plus Card. You will find the Rewards offers in the “Rewards hub” tab.


QR Code means the unique QR code that is linked to the BCG Rewards Plus platform. This code comes with a 2 Free Game Token Guarantee as a thanks for joining gift, courtesy of the BCG Team.

 

Refer A Friend means if you enjoy the BCG Rewards plus platform and gaming experience then you can refer a friend and you each gain 5 extra Game Tokens once they sign up. 
 

Ad Rewards means the Rewards you receive for watching ads that are in our BCG Games. 

BCG Games means any game that the BCG Rewards Plus platform offers through our Earn Businesses/Partners.

 

Referral Code means the code you receive once you have been to the “Rewards hub” tab and claimed a Reward that you are eligible for depending on the amount of earnt Rewards Points you have accumulated on your BCG Rewards Plus Card.
 

Promotional Draw means the Monthly Prize draw that BCG Rewards Plus runs and you automatically enter in multiple ways with unlimited entries per member.
 

Member means an individual who has been allocated a BCG Rewards Plus membership number and whose BCG Rewards Plus membership has not been terminated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. BCG Rewards Plus membership has a corresponding meaning.
 

Member Benefits means benefits you can collect or be awarded from time to time in connection with the BCG Rewards Plus program, for instance, BCG Rewards Points, BCG Rewards, exclusive personalised BCG Rewards Plus member offers and the other types of benefits mentioned in these T&Cs.
 

Membership Facility means any means by which you access the BCG Rewards Plus program (including any Member Benefits) e.g. your BCG Rewards Plus Card, the BCG Rewards Plus Website, or any android/smartphone app or digital wallet authorised by us.

X-perience points means the points you accumulate within BCG that can be used to boost your weekly score and claim special partner rewards.

Tickets are used to enter the Promotional Draw that BCG offers to all members.
 

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) means the terms and conditions on this page, as amended and published on the BCG Rewards Plus Website from time to time.

Site, We or Us means the BCG rewards plus website and company.

Membership

1. Who can become a BCG Rewards Plus member?


To become a BCG Rewards Plus member, you must have reached the age of majority applicable in your place or country of residence before you can use the Service. If you have not reached the age of majority, you may use the Service if you meet the following eligibility criteria:

If you are between ages of 13 years old and 18 years old, you may use the Service only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian and your parent or guardian will enter into the Agreement on your behalf.

Notwithstanding the above, you must have legal capacity under the applicable laws to enter into a binding contract with us. For example, you are not suffering from any disability that may affect your understanding of the nature of this Agreement.

We do not intend the Service to be viewed or used by children under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are age 13 or older.

If you meet the above eligibility criteria but you do not have your parent or legal guardian's consent to register or enrol their details or payment information in the Service, you must not register or use the Service. If you do so, we will treat your action as binding on your parent or legal guardian(or any other person) and they will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service and agree to accept full responsibility for your use of the Service and any legal liability that may arise from your use (including any unauthorised use of their credit card or other payment instrument).

 

 

2. How do I register to become a BCG Rewards Plus member and does it cost anything?


You can join (i.e. register as a member) in one of 2 ways:

 

  • Use the QR code provided at any Earn businesses/partners then follow the simple steps to join and become a BCG Rewards Plus member; or
  • Complete the online join process on the BCG Rewards Plus website here

    Joining is free and there are no fees to continue as a member.

3. What are BCG Rewards Points?


BCG Rewards Points are what you collect when you Play BCG games at any Earn Business (listed out below in paragraph 4).

 

You can enjoy your BCG Rewards Points as Rewards. Details of how you can enjoy your BCG Rewards Points and choose your Rewards can be found below and in the Rewards Page.

*Rewards will change and new ones will be added to the Rewards page regularly.

 
4. Where can I earn BCG Rewards Points?


The BCG platform is where you earn BCG Rewards points. By playing any of the following partners games:

You earn rewards BCG Rewards Points and they can be used to claim Rewards via the Rewards page.

 

5. At what rate will I collect BCG Rewards Points?


The rate you collect BCG Rewards Points is determined by playing BCG Games at any of our partners and the number of rewards points you collect is determined by your skill level and the scores you set, depending on the game of your choice.

If you are playing with purchased Game Tokens, you will be eligible to collect the maximum Rewards Points within your game session at a lower score rate. However, if you are playing for free then the scores are set at a higher rate.

 

At times we will run points boosters whereby you can collect more Rewards Points per token, for instance an offer to collect points on watching ads or run exclusive partner rewards deals. Some of these points boosters may be exclusive personalised offers to collect points based on your individual profile, and will be available only on your BCG Rewards account.

  

6. How do I acquire Game Tokens and How do the work?


Receive Game Tokens directly from the BCG Rewards Plus platform.

Direct purchase will also give you extra Game Tokens to help you boost your Rewards Points.

 

PURCHASING VIRTUAL CURRENCIES:
In order to use the Service, you will have to purchase virtual currency using the payment methods available on the Site. The Virtual Currencies are available for purchase in different amounts. After you have purchased the Virtual Currencies, you may then use them as in-game credits in order to play the games available on the Site. Once the Virtual Currencies are purchased, they are non-refundable except to the extent required by applicable law or as expressly set forth in these Terms of Service. The Virtual Currencies cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, goods or service outside of this site. Once the Virtual Currencies are used, we will not credit back to your user account unless we determine that the Service had experienced a technical error and the error had caused the game to malfunction during your play or your in-game credit was lost due to the technical or system error.

You agree that there is no value in the Virtual Currencies other than to enable you to play the games on the Site. You agree you do not have any right or interest in the Virtual Currencies and we merely grant you a licence to use the Virtual Currencies in connection with the Service.

You must not use or attempt to use the Virtual Currencies other than for the purposes of the Service. You agree not to trade, sell or exchange the Virtual Currencies with another person.

We reserve the right to manage, modify, change or cancel the Virtual Currencies or replace the Virtual Currencies with another instrument at our sole discretion. If we make any change, we will ensure that your unused Virtual Currencies can be converted or exchanged with the new instrument for the same value.

BILLING AND PAYMENT:
You may purchase the Virtual Currencies based on the packages that we offer on the Site. All purchases will be made in the currency available on our payment facility. Once the payment transaction has been completed, your account will credited with the number of Virtual Currencies that you had purchased. Please note that once the transaction has been completed, the Virtual Currencies are non-refundable.

You must pay any and all applicable international, federal, state, and local sales, use, value-added, excise, duty, and any other taxes, fees, or duties, that are assessed on or as a result of the Service.

To the extent permitted by laws, we will not refund any fees that you had paid or give any credits unless we have charged you in error.

You will be liable for any charges or fees that your financial institution or credit card provider charged when we process your payment. We reserve the right to cancel your account in the event that we do not receive payment for the fees or the payment transaction fails.

 

 

Alternatively, you can refer people and earn Game Tokens, which you can then use to play BCG games and earn BCG Rewards Points.

You can also use the Ad rewards system that BCG Rewards Plus offers where you can earn Game Tokens by watching Ads in our BCG games. With your Ad rewards Token you can then play games and build your Rewards Points.
* Please note 1 Game Token = $1 or one dollar.

How Game Tokens work is by firstly being acquired and then being used as your game credit which will then be turned into Rewards and X-perience points, depending on your level of skill, score and gameplay time. The maximum amount of Rewards Points you earn from one Game Token will be equivalent to $0.09 or nine cents.

  

7. How do I collect BCG Rewards Points?


Any Rewards Points you collect will be by using the BCG Rewards Plus platform to play our fun games and test your skills, which will then earn you BCG Rewards Points.

You can also watch ads to gain rewards points and receive offers to boost your rewards points in some cases. There are no other ways your Rewards Points will be collected.

 


 

8. When will BCG Rewards Points be credited to my account?


BCG Rewards Points collected are added instantly to your rewards card making it easy and efficient to keep you up to date with your points earnings as well as gives you quick access to claiming Shop Rewards.

 

Any points that have been collected through participation in a points booster or other promotional offer are also added instantly to your BCG Rewards Plus Card and ready to spend at will.

 

 

9. Do I have to link my BCG Rewards Plus Card to any of the partners within the BCG Rewards Plus platform?

 

No, you do not have to link your BCG Rewards Plus Card to any partners. You can earn Rewards Points by playing at any of the partners that the BCG Rewards Plus Platform is working with.

 

10. What if my BCG Rewards Points conversion to Rewards is unsuccessful?


You can contact the BCG Rewards Plus team if conversion is unsuccessful. We will investigate the incident and determine the error then allow you to try again once the problem is solved.

 

11. What terms and conditions apply to converting my BCG Rewards Points to Rewards?


You can only select to convert your BCG Rewards Points to Rewards if you have the correct number of points necessary to redeem that Reward. If your BCG membership is cancelled or removed from the BCG Rewards plus platform, you will not be able to convert your BCG Rewards Points to Rewards after the date of the removal or cancellation.

 
Please note you are limited to 1000000 RP per month when redeeming Gift Cards.

Other Member Benefits


12. Besides BCG Rewards Points, what are other benefits I could qualify for as a BCG Rewards Plus member?


The BCG Rewards Plus Platform offers members a Monthly Promotion that you automatically enter just for signing up and being a part of BCG. You also enter the promotion every time you acquire any amount of Game Tokens. You are allowed unlimited entries and no entry ticket has a greater chance of winning over another. The Monthly Draw promotion winner is picked through a random generator.
*Maximum of 3 Monthly Draw wins in a row per member, for full Monthly Draw promotion T&C’s see the “current promotions” section. You also have the option to play games and partake in the Weekly Highest Points competition where there is a weekly prize up for grabs to the highest point earner.
   
You may qualify for other promotions, special benefits and exclusive offers from BCG Rewards Plus and selected third-party businesses which we may offer or enable as part of the BCG Rewards program from time to time.
 


13. How does the Promotional Draw work?
 

The Promotional Draw is for members only. There are multiple ways to enter the Promotional Draw through the BCG Rewards Plus platform and our partners (see full promotional terms). Being a BCG member gives automatic entry. By acquiring any number of Game Tokens, you automatically go into the Promotional Draw. You can enter the Promotional Draw as many times as you would like to during each month to increase your chance of being a Promotional Draw winner. The Winner will receive their prize within a twenty four hour of the draw end.

14. Is there a maximum number of BCG Rewards Points that I can have in my account?


No, there is no maximum amount of points you can hold on your BCG Rewards Plus Card. However, there is a maximum amount that you are limited to spend at a time.

 

 

15. Will my BCG Rewards Points expire?


Yes, your BCG Rewards balance will expire if you do not earn or redeem BCG Rewards Points or use Game Tokens for a period of 18 months. We do this to prevent having inactive accounts but before we terminate your account, you will be contacted to be notified of your account termination.

 

16. Where can I check my BCG Rewards balance?


your BCG rewards balance will always be displayed on your BCG Rewards Plus Card, you can also check your account where it is displayed.

 

General

17. What if I change my BCG Rewards Plus account to a new one?


If you decide that you no longer want to use your original account and want to make a new one, none of your points will be transferred and you start your new account fresh. You have to deactivate your current account if you are making a new one, do this by contacting the BCG team.

 

 

18. What happens if my BCG Rewards Plus account is hacked and my passwords are changed?


In the case of having your account hacked, simply contact the BCG team and we will follow the necessary steps to recover your account.

 

19. What if I no longer want to be a BCG Rewards Plus member?


If you no longer wish to be a BCG Rewards Plus member, you can contact support and let them know. Your account will then be terminated and you will no longer be a member of the BCG Rewards Plus programme

 

By deregistering your BCG Rewards account, you will no longer be able to collect BCG Rewards Points or enjoy your accrued BCG Rewards Points or convert them into Rewards, or receive any other Member Benefits.

 

Once your account has been deregistered, if you decide to become a member once more, you do so by making a new account and membership. Your old account and any data linked to it is no longer accessible.

 

 

20. What communications will I receive from BCG Rewards Plus and how can I opt-out of certain messages?


At BCG Rewards Plus we love communicating with you about the BCG Rewards Plus program, our partners and other brands and programs. This includes sending you points boosters, plus asking you for your valuable feedback.

 

Unless you have opted out, you agree to us communicating with you via various channels and media (including by email, SMS, phone, mail, app notifications and by advertising on certain websites and social media).

 

At BCG Rewards we only want to send you messages that you are happy to receive, and we try to do our best to make sure our messages are relevant to you. However, we understand you may want to opt out of receiving certain types of marketing and promotional messages that we send you, you can do this by:

 

For SMSs, emails and mail:

 

  • logging on to the BCG Rewards website, going to My Account and updating your settings to opt in or out of receiving marketing and promotional emails, SMSs or mail about different preferences (eg BCG Rewards Plus) or unsubscribing from marketing and promotional emails, SMSs or mail altogether
  • clicking unsubscribe in any marketing or promotional emails we send you, you may choose to:
    - unsubscribe from receiving further marketing and promotional emails, SMSs or mail sent to that preference group (eg BCG Rewards Plus)
    - update your settings to opt in or out of receiving marketing and promotional emails, SMSs or mail about different preferences (eg BCG Rewards Plus)
    - unsubscribe from marketing and promotional emails, SMSs or mail altogether
  • sending “STOP” to the number we provide you on any of our marketing or promotional SMSs so that you don’t receive marketing or promotional SMSs from us anymore
  • Contacting the BCG Rewards Plus team via the Contact page and letting us know what communications you no longer want to receive


For platform notifications and advertising on certain websites and social media:

 

  • turning off notifications on your mobile device or changing your privacy settings online so you no longer receive app notifications or targeted advertising (see our Privacy Policy for more details on how to do this)


If you have any questions about how to opt out or how to manage your preferences, please contact the BCG Rewards Plus team via the Contact page.

 

There are, however, some messages that we must be able to send you. These include, for example, messages relating to your membership such as changes to your account, important information relating to products and services you have purchased (like health and safety recall notices), forgotten passwords, updates to our T&Cs and Privacy Policy.

 

If you wish to update where we send the above communications to you, you can update your contact details by logging on to the BCG Rewards Website, going to My Account and clicking on 'My Details', or by contacting the BCG Rewards Plus team via the contact page. Please note that if you update your contact details, it may take up to 2 business days before communications we send to you change from your previous contact details to your updated contact details.

 

If you do not want us to send you any of the above communications, you may terminate your BCG Rewards Plus membership by contacting the BCG Rewards Plus team via the contact page or by logging on to the BCG Rewards Plus Website, going to My Account and clicking ‘close my Account’. If you terminate your BCG Rewards Plus membership this section will continue to apply for 2 business days after your notice of termination has been received.

 

21. Can these T&Cs be changed or terminated?


Yes. BCG Rewards plus may update these T&Cs or the BCG Rewards Plus program at any time.

 

We will give advance notice if any such change, suspension or termination will have, in our reasonable opinion, a material detrimental impact on members or the BCG Rewards Plus program, and such notice may be displayed on our website (or you can contact us via the contact page), which will allow you time to cancel your membership within the period of that advance notice, in the event that you do not wish to agree to the relevant change or suspension.

 

Where we change the T&Cs, a copy of the revised T&Cs will be available on the BCG Rewards Plus Website or can be obtained by contacting us via the contact page.
 

22. What are my responsibilities in relation to my membership?


Please keep your personal details updated by updating your BCG Rewards Plus account or contacting us via the contact page. 

You give us permission to publish certain events occurring on the Site using your name (or nickname) and your profile picture. For example, if you achieve a high score, your name and score may be shown on a tally. If another user clinches the top prize, we may publicise the win on the Site. You may set your own preferences as to what you would like to be shared publicly on the Site.

 

It is your responsibility to keep your BCG Rewards account and any other Membership Facilities provided to you safe and secure. Please treat your BCG Rewards Plus account password as your confidential information. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised use or access to your BCG Rewards Plus account and information about your membership, including your account password. You acknowledge that unauthorised access to your BCG Rewards plus account and personal information may occur if you do not take these steps.

 

Any tax, liability, or duty incurred by you arising from your participation in the BCG Rewards Plus program is your responsibility.
 

You will be solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Service if it is prohibited in any country, and you agree not to hold us responsible or liable if the Service does not comply with the applicable laws. We do not intend to offer the Service in any country where the Service does not comply with the local laws.
 

23. What restrictions apply to my membership?


You can only have one BCG Rewards membership per person, and you can’t transfer your membership to someone else.


Member Benefits may only be collected and used for personal and household use. You may not collect or use Member Benefits for a commercial purpose (which includes not-for-profit association purposes) or for any purchases of goods that could not reasonably be for personal and household use (either because of the nature or quantity of the goods).


Member Benefits are personal to you and, unless we notify you otherwise, cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Member Benefits cannot be exchanged or refunded except as expressly set out in these T&Cs.

BCG Rewards Plus Cards are issued by BCG Rewards Plus and remain the property of Woolworths. BCG Rewards Plus Cards are not credit or charge cards.
 

24. What are BCG Rewards Plus’ rights in relation to my membership and the BCG Rewards Plus program?


From time to time, we may exclude certain stores or businesses from the list of Earn Businesses. We may also change the redemption rate of BCG Rewards Points. We will give you notice of the excluded stores or businesses, or change of redemption rate of BCG Rewards Points, on the BCG Rewards Plus Website.

We may specify exclusions and conditions (for example qualifying spend and offer duration) for any Member Benefits and we may change these from time to time, including during the duration of a Member Benefit offer.

We may refuse your application if you already have an existing account or if we reasonably suspect that have engaged in activity detailed as grounds for refusing your application in this clause below.

We reserve the right to monitor your Rewards purchase history to ensure that any Member Benefits are accumulated legitimately.

We reserve the right at any time to:
 

  • decline to issue BCG Rewards Plus Cards or provide any other Membership Facilities;
  • withdraw or cancel any BCG Rewards Plus Cards, other Membership Facilities or Member Benefits;
  • reverse any Member Benefits, including any Game tokens or BCG Rewards Points credited to an account: (a) where you have returned the goods or you have been refunded for the goods or services in respect of which those Member Benefits were earned; or (b) which have been allocated to you if there are any other grounds which we consider, in our reasonable discretion, justify a reversal, for instance, if the Member Benefits were allocated to you by mistake (including by reason of our error) or if you earned them by misusing an offer, or through fraudulent means; or
  • terminate or suspend your BCG Rewards Plus membership.


Grounds for doing any of the above include if you (or someone using your BCG Rewards Card or account details):
 

  • abuse, misuse or attempt to abuse or misuse your membership, your card, the BCG Rewards Plus program, any offers for Member Benefits or anything else associated with BCG Rewards Plus;
  • do anything that is contrary to these T&Cs (for example, you (or someone else using your Rewards Card or account details) purchases more than a household quantity of a particular good or service);
  • fraudulently accumulate BCG Rewards Points or other Member Benefits;
  • use or attempt to use your card or BCG Rewards Points or any other Member Benefits, for purchases made by a person other than you, the cardholder;
  • engage in unacceptable conduct in connection with your membership, which will be deemed to include if BCG Rewards Plus has a reasonable suspicion of conduct by you which amounts to dishonesty, fraud or wrongful conduct (for example, you (or someone else using your BCG Rewards Plus Card or account details) use your account along with one or more other accounts engage in any of the activity referred to in this first four dot points of this list); 
  • become bankrupt or die; or
  • have not used your card or the online platform or acquired any Game Tokens at any Earn Business at any time during a continuous 18-month period.


On cancellation of your membership (including through requested cancellation of your BCG Rewards Plus Card), we may retain your membership information for record-keeping purposes and, in de-identified form, for our general data analysis purposes.

 

25. What is BCG Rewards Plus’ liability in respect of my membership and the BCG Rewards Plus program?


You acknowledge and agree that there may be:

 

  • delay in issuing you with, or non-issue to you of, any Member Benefits;
  • acts, errors or omissions by us in the course of providing Member Benefits (including as referred to in these T&Cs);
  • loss, theft or damage to any documentation in the course of the posting or delivery of that documentation to you; or
  • a suspension and/or termination of the BCG Rewards Plus program, including the ability for members to collect BCG Rewards Points and enjoy Rewards with BCG.

 

You agree that you are responsible for assessing whether any products or services provided by or promoted by us, or others (such as our partners), as part of Member Benefits are suitable for you, and your individual circumstances. If you intend to rely on anything in connection with the BCG Rewards Plus program, your reliance should be based solely on your own judgement, including as to the extent to which you should obtain or use any Member Benefits.

 

Without excluding, restricting or modifying your rights and remedies to which you may be entitled under the consumer guarantees provisions of the Australian Consumer Law or BCG Rewards Plus' liabilities under those provisions: 

 

  • our liability to you will in all other cases be limited to either: (a) the cost of re-supplying or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, any Member Benefits that are goods; or (b) reinstating the number of BCG Rewards Points or Rewards, or other Member Benefits, in dispute;
  • we will not be liable to you for indirect and consequential loss arising from or connected to these T&Cs in contract, tort, under any statute or otherwise (including, without limitation, for loss of revenue, loss of profits, failure to realise expected profits or savings, loss or corruption of data and any other commercial or economic loss of any kind) unless such loss arises as a result of our own negligence or wilful misconduct; and
  • our liability to you for loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs or the BCG Rewards Plus program is reduced to the extent (if any) that you cause or contribute to the loss or damage. This reduction applies whether our liability is in contract, tort (including negligence), under any statute or otherwise.

26. What are Tickets and how do they work?

Tickets are specifically for the monthly promotional draw and are obtained in various ways throughout the BCG Platform. Each Ticket you obtain gains you a single entry into the Monthly Draw and entries into each draw are unlimited for all members. (see promotional terms for more)

27. What are X-perience points and how do they work?

X-perience points are the points that help you build your point tally on the weekly leaderboard and count towards being able to unlock special BCG partner perks. X-perience points are obtained in various ways throughout the BCG Platform. 

28. What is Play To Donate and how does this work?

Play to donate is a special BCG feature that allows members to Donate the Reward Points they earn from playing BCG games. Donations can be made by dropping down the "rewards hub" tab, then selecting the "donate" page and following the simple process explained on the page. There is a minmum donation of 30000 Rewards Points required to make a donation. You may donate to any Australian charity of your choice and BCG will make the donation on the members behalf.

29. What are Partner Coupons and how do they work? 

Partner Coupons are a BCG feature that allows members to redeem and claim coupouns from our partners. Each partner offers their own coupons depending on their business. Coupons can be viewed by dropping down the "rewards hub" tab, then selecting the "coupon" page. Coupouns can be only be claimed with RP, XP and GT.
To redeem coupouns:
1.Members will first make their purchases at our partners and obtain a physical or digital reciept.
2.Members then go to the BCG Coupon page and select the coupon they wish to claim along with BCG currency they wish to use.
3.Once selected a pop up appears and memebers enter their email then upload a picture or screenshot of their reciept from our partners.
4.When "claim" is pressed the selected amount of BCG currency the member chose is deducted from their BCG account and we at BCG recieve your uploaded reciept.
5. BCG will confirm that the reciept is valid over a 2 day period and with confirmation BCG credits the members account in Rewards Points with the coupon discount amount. Members can then choose to use the Reward Points within BCG or calim a Gift Card once they have enough RP to do so.
