For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions an ‘’Existing BCG Rewards Plus Member’’ is any person who is a Registered Account holder of the BCG Rewards Plus Program. “Registered Account holder” means a holder of an BCG Rewards Plus Account (“Registered Account”) issued by the Promoter.

Entrants must continue to be an Existing BCG Rewards Plus Member at the time of the competition end to be eligible for a prize.

How to enter:

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete any of the following steps during the Promotional Period:

a) Play BCG games and receive Reward points for the score you set which are added to your weekly combined score tally

b) Play BCG games and receive X-perience points for the amount of time you play which are added to your weekly combined score tally

c) Alternatively, you can refer people and earn Rewards points and X-perience points.

d) You can also use the Ad rewards system that BCG Rewards Plus offers where you receive points that go directly to your weekly tally and can also boost your reward point and X-perience points in our BCG games.

Points to your total weekly score tally will be automatically recorded once you receive them by the multiple ways of acquiring methods mentioned.

Entries permitted:

You are automatically entered into the weekly highest points promotion by being a BCG member. As long as you continue to be a member at BCG you automatically qualify for every promotion.

*members are eligible to win a maximum of three (3) consecutive Weekly Highest point promotion prizes.

Unclaimed prizes:
Once the promotion ends and you are the promotional winner, you have thirty (30) days to claim it, if prize goes unclaimed there is no redraw and the winner forfeits the prize. In the event of a member winning three (3) consecutive Weekly promotions in a row the second place winner receives the Weekly promotion prize. In the event of this, the winner of the promotion will be notified by email (to the email address linked to their BCG Rewards Plus account) and may also be contacted by phone (to the phone number linked to their BCG Rewards Plus account, if provided) within seven (7) days of the redraw. The winner will be notified publicly (and their details published) at https://www.bcgrewards.com.au/game/game_prize

Further terms and conditions

The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date (“Promotional Period”). Records of the Promoter and its Partners are final and conclusive.
All members point accumulation will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of the agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are eligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Leaderboard:
a) The leaderboard is where you will find the top the point accumulators that are eligible to win the weekly promotion.
b) The leaderboard and promotion itself is not impacted by the weekend or a public holiday, the promotion will be conducted at the same time and location that is dated for all to see. The Promoter will ensure the leaderboard is open for public scrutiny and anyone may view the leaderboard at will. The winner is determined by skill.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner.
If any winner chooses not to use their prize (or is unable to), as specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, after a thirty day period they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
No additional entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider.
Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
Entrants’ personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter’s database. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy which is located at https://www.bcgrewards.com.au/game/game_prizeThe Promoter’s privacy policy contains information about how the entrant may access, update and seek correction of the personal information the Promoter holds about them and how the entrant may complain about any potential breach by the Promoter of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other Australian privacy laws and how such complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants’ personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. Personal information collected from entrants will not be disclosed to any entity located outside of Australia.
For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner’s surname, initial and State/Territory or postcode of residence.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize.
Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant’s details (including an entrant’s identity, age). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

How to enter the game competition:

To enter the game competition the entrant must complete the following steps during the competition period:

a) Scan the QR code provided at partner venue or click the link provided on the BCG ad to auto-generate an account or auto-sign up to the BCG platform for automatic entry.
*Please note you have to enter your details to be able to claim your prize.

b) Play any of the 9 partner games from that venue and try to beat the pre-set BCG score for that game.If you bet the pre-set highest score, then a pop up will appear asking for your details.
*Please note that the pop up only appears if you set a new high score of the day.

c) Enter your details and you then qualifiy to win the offered competition prize of up to $50 to spend at that venue if your score remains unbeaten by the end of the day.

Employees (and their immediate family members) of the agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Competition, the businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Competition, businesses involved in the management of the Competition, any organisation benefiting from the Competition, the competition’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are eligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner.
If any winner chooses not to use their prize (or is unable to), as specified by the venue, or is unavailable, after a sixty day period they forfeit the prize and the venue is not obliged to substitute the prize.
No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the venue.
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the venue reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
No additional entry fee is charged by the venue to enter the Competition.
Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, BCG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
Entrants’ personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the BCG database. BCG may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. BCG is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy which is located at https://bcgrewards.com.au/terms/general/ BCG's privacy policy contains information about how the entrant may access, update and seek correction of the personal information BCG holds about them and how the entrant may complain about any potential breach by BCG of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other Australian privacy laws and how such complaints will be dealt with. BCG collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Competition and may disclose the entrants’ personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Competition and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Competition. Personal information collected from entrants will not be disclosed to any entity located outside of Australia.
Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of BCG, BCG may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
BCG reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant’s details (including an entrant’s identity, age). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by BCG to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
BCG reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Competition or claiming a prize, BCG will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved BCG's decision will be final.
BCG and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Competition or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where BCG has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case BCG's liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
BCG accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
All BCG members are limited to 3 consecutive Daily Promotion wins in a row.
BCG members are limited to 4 Daily Promotion wins per week.
There are 9 prizes per venue per day to win. BCG members are eligible to win 1 prize per venue per day. All members are limited to one competition win per day.
BCG can change and alter these terms and conditions at any time, it is up to you to keep up to date with them.
If BCG has reason to believe a player is using unfair methods to achieve a top score, we have the right to deny the prize for that BCG account holder.
Failure by BCG to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
